| Introduction | At an early age I put my faith in Jesus Christ because of an overwhelming fear of death. Jesus relieved my fears by promising me that I would never die. (John 11:25-26) I have enjoyed life with my wife for over 42 years, and together we now enjoy the families of our two children, including six grandchildren. I am a graduate of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and am currently serving as pastor in the same rural community small-town where I have been for over 38 years, teaching the Bible and helping persons to grow in their walk with God. My interests include not only my family and church family, but reading, contemplation, and learning as much as I can about all areas of life. I like getting out doors, have enjoyed hunting and fishing with friends, and enjoy taking walks with my wife. Whenever I can, I appreciate nature, taking pictures of God’s creation, both with the mind, and the camera. (Posted December 2010) |
