IntroductionWhen a dog is left at a shelter by their owner, they may feel their life has been turned upside down. A shelter can be very stressful for dogs, as it is filled with unfamiliar sounds and smells, and they spend most of their time in social isolation. This experience can affect a dog's well-being and may result in behavioural deficits such as withdrawal, inactivity, barking and in some cases increased salivation and urination. At our rescue team in Taiwan, our new Canine Enrichment Program ensures all dogs feel safe, loved and not forgotten. To relieve stress and feelings of anxiety we have added mood enhancement to every single dog. Our team members aim to helping all homeless animals to find a better home from Taiwan to Overseas. When planning for the future, please remember the animals in your will. You'll be giving them the new beginnings they deserve. You could make the difference to the lives of sick, injured, and abandoned animals. Your support gives homeless pets a second chance at happiness.
