| Introduction | With over 30 years real estate experience, Mr. Jones has a unique perspective, depth of knowledge and understanding of the real property markets. He is the founder of Pyramid Realty Group, a real estate consulting firm which has become known as a premier advisory firm serving a broad range of clients from insitutional and entreprenuerial equity investors to structured finance participants. Prior to forming Pyramid Realty in February 1997, Mr. Jones was a Managing Vice President with Secured Capital Corp and was responsible for over $2.5 Billion in loan sales for the Resolution Trust Corporation among others. He previously Senior Manager and Director of the Miami-office consulting group at Kenneth Leventhal & Co. Previously, Mr. Jones had a financial management roll at The Klingbeil Company and Genstar Corporation and started his careerwith Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co. Mr. Jones has a B.B.A. with honors in Real Estate and Accounting from Florida International University. Mr. Jones is a Certified Public Accountant, a Counselor of Real Estate, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a licensed real estate broker and a licensed mortgage broker. |
