| Introduction | My Yogic Journey began in 2001, when I attended my first Yoga class. I was immediately taken with the practice, and just 6 months later, I began an 18 month intensive Teachers Training Program at The Yoga Centre of Burlington. For the first year, I had no intention of teaching, I simply wanted to know all that I could about Yoga and it’s Philosophy. Teaching was never something I thought I could do! Of course that changed over time, with the tremendous support of my well loved teachers. I earned a Hatha Yoga Teachers Certification, graduating with Distinction in 2003.. I moved here to Kelowna shortly after, with the intention of teaching full time. I am happy to say that I presently have that privilege. I am grateful for every student I have the honour of sharing the gifts of Yoga with. |
