Introduction	My name is Abigail Kingdom Jackson and I run my small business The Stitch and Make Studio from Burns Cottage in Burns St, Nupton. This used to be an old Boot and Shoe factory and is located in the heritage quarter. The factory is home to 17 unique designer makers and I run my studio from the top floor.I design and make one-off pieces of clothing for private fairs,boutiques and comissions. I also teach textiles and other sewing related subjects and run workshops. I run a regular Stitch and Bitch group from the studio.In winter I work freelance in a wardrobe dept. I thrive on the variety and creative opportunities my work offers and love the fact that Im totally responsible and answer to no-one. Its lonely and scary sometimes, but I remind myself that Ive worked hard for many years to get it like this.
Interests	Sewing,making clothes,cooking from scratch, hanging out with my friends,making stuff, exchanging ideas, reading, drawing,having a big think in bed late at night.
