| Introduction | Hello everyone and welcome to my culinary diaries. I am Dr. Chrysl castelino. I am a dentist by profession who specialises in oral and maxillofacial surgery. I am very passionate about food and cooking . My culinary journey began when I was around 10 years old , watching my mother and grandmother working their magic in the kitchen preparing traditional mangalorean delicacies. Over the years I started trying out new recipes along with the traditional ones and gave them a twist of my own.
