Introduction	This site is a long time coming. I love all types of food. I love to cook and I LOVE to eat. Sadly, my family only has a palate for the most basic of flavors. This has truly changed the way I cook. With children, a husband, work, dogs, cats, and life our lives become overwhelming. This also puts the brakes on any culinary desires we may have. Family Flavor is about getting real. It is a crazy experiment by a former food snob - I would not eat mushrooms that had been washed instead of lightly 'buffed'. Follow along on the adventure.
