Introduction	I am a 30 something year old wife, mom and family physician. In 2010 my family and I sold our house and two cars, packed our life into 6 suitcases and a barrel and moved to the island of Dominica so I can pursue my dream of becoming a doctor. Since then we have moved several times but have now settled near the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. I hope you enjoy our adventures in love, life, family, health, wellness, and the pursuit of ultimate happiness.
Interests	I love to read, garden, cook and exercise. However, spending time with my family always tops the list.
