Introduction	I design, I build, and in all manners and tasks help to put geo in the ground. Mixed in that is consulting as well. Admittedly, my approach is different. The links in the process chain of awareness with clients, architects, builders, bankers, installers, and all sub-contractors needs a lot of work on many levels. Hopefully this blog will help. Currently, I'm also working on a zero or close to zero project in Philadelphia. Zero energy built solutions should not be an out of price range pie in the sky - it should and can be the norm.
