| Introduction | Welcome to my blog. I hope someday to have it up and running like a finely tuned car. This may sound odd but one of my favorite things to do is read the dictionary, yes, I just love words, their meanings, and the various ways they can be used . On the heels of that, I want to say that I also like to write poetry. Though not as good as the master poets, to me they are like music. I have a two-fold mission when I write, one is to keep them very simple no matter how complex the subject and the other is to not use words just because they rhyme. If a word odes not complete my thought (staying true to the subject at hand) then it simply will not be used. All poems come from my heart. My target audience is everyone, that is to say, I want a young child just learning how to read to be able to understand the poem as well as the intellect. |
