IntroductionThis blog is designed to connect our supporters and anyone interested with our activities, events and media exposure, as well as to share personal stories from our participants and our organization's work. The Center for Deaf-Blind Persons in Israel serves the estimated 1200 people with the dual disability of deafblindness, regardless of race, religion or ethnicity. By reaching out and providing rehabilitative and support programs, we provide deaf-blind persons with a bridge to the world around them. This includes liaising between them and and Israel's government, educational opportunities and various field trips and unique social gatherings. As Israel's leading institution that serves the deafblind specifically, we are constantly expanding our approach and reaching out to those in need.
