Introduction	I am an East Coast transplant living in the Colorado Rocky Mountains. My love of cooking began when my grandmother let me bang pots in her kitchen before I could walk. My parents are amazing cooks and taught be the value of creating delicious meals from scratch. I obsess about our weekly menus all the time trying to come up with something creative and interesting to eat. Luckily Dave jumps right in and helps me create amazing dishes every night! When the kitchen is closed chances are I am playing fetch with my golden retrievers. running on the trails around our home or riding my bike. We love to be outdoors and take advantage of our natural playground.
