When you hesitate before hitting snooze on your alarm clock, are you being lazy?
No, I'm being sensible. I know it's much easier getting up and wake up if I do it right away. Hitting snooze is not helping. It makes me more tired and I won't wake up for hours. It's a matter of 'just doing it'.
