Introduction So I turned 40 this year and I am totally fine with it. I like where I am in my life, I like my family, friends, and work. Why then am I blogging? Lots of random thoughts and experiences have preceded this birthday and I want to know if anyone else has experienced it. I realized at 40 I want more for more for myself in terms of spiritual growth and knowledge. I read Dyer, Chopra, Andrews, and many others. One of the big points they make is that you are not anything - you are you. So you are not your children, you are not your job, you are not your income level. If these things went away - would you? NO. So you are you. Try this exercise - I am asking you who you are, and think about it. It is amazing how many 'definitions' flow into your mind - I am Conors mom, I am a business woman, I am a daughter, I am the funny friend. I took a long time with this and the answer I came up with is I am becoming.
