| Introduction | I am a stay-at-home mom to a toddler with an adventurous palette. My husband is a physician and I am a nurse so we recognize nutrition as essential to health. I was lucky enough to get a taste of formal culinary education and to have worked at a wonderful all-natural bakery. I believe there is no need to waste time preparing a grown-up meal and a kid meal (hot dogs, mac and cheese, chicken fingers, etc). I believe in real food, not kid food, for the whole family. |
