Introduction	If life is what we make of it, I’d like to create the most blissed out life possible. I continually experiment with health and eating behaviors, yoga and meditation techniques... and wine drinking and internet shopping. (Don't you love contradictions? I do). To "follow the glow” is to tap into transcendence and follow the sacred... spiritual bliss. But sometimes (when I’m not so transcendent) I get distracted and follow the thing that’s most eye-catching. Basically, I’m a Material Girl trying to transcend Materialism... and having so much fun failing at it.
