Introduction	I am A. Ramanathan, a professional with 46 years industrial experience and active in career. This title came to me (coined by my class mate Sh R Narayanan) during my MIT days. The back ground is- my name being Arunachalam Ramanathan-AR and used to mingle and mix with all, Tamil name of Aruvai came in. Though in initial days I used to feel ashamed, over period I relish this and enjoy.I am thankful to Pallavan as that being Narayan's name in our circle.
