Interests	My passion is Music, Movies, and Books... Also, I have a daily meditation practice which is nothing short of miraculous!!! Kundalini yoga is a big part of my life. Practicing this energetic form of yoga brings pure joy and agelessness. And they brew the best anti-aging tea on earth. Family/Friends Matters. My family/friends mean everything to me, and that is always a priority. I am happiest when we are gathered together. And anything to do with Christmas. I relish the season of giving and light... and love praising God.

Favorite Music	The Beatles, Van Morrison, Most Classic Rock, and any music played in Kundalini yoga class, which usually is Snatam Kaur (I have every one of her CD's)Huneman...out of this world fab!
Favorite Books	Anything by Roland Merullo or David Sedaris, Madame Bovary, A Glass Castle, A New Earth...mine (when it's published!)
