| Introduction | I've run countless 5k's, tri's/du's, and half marathons. At these races, I tend to land in the top three in my age group. (Sometimes, when the stars are aligned, I even finish in the top three overall women).I've completed multiple bike centuries (100 miles). I've finished 2 half iron distance racesPlus:29-Marathons (including Boston and Gansett),2-Full iron-distance triathlons,75-50 k's(31 miles),53-50 milers, 6-100k's (62 miles), 4-75 mile runs,25-100 mile runs.1-115 mile run 2-150+ milers, plus some long distance virtual races. Which brings my marathon total to 197-ish. I've also finished 2 2000k+ races.I've won the "Best Performance in a Triathlon" award and "Best Multi-Event" awards..I've won the Score-This Duathlon Series twice, and an award for their triathlon series. I placed 3rd Masters in the WNY Ultra Series. I am an RRCA Regional Champion.I'm a four star Marathon Maniac, Western States Qualifier, I've hiked the Grand Canyon and Zion R2R2R. I've hiked five states of the Appalachian trail. I am sponsored by Brooks Athletics. I am a Trainer of the Month for NCCPT.I'm a teacher, wife and mother to two. |
