| Introduction | I'm a storyteller compelled to take you on journeys. I started writing at the age of 5 or 6. When my siblings spent their pocket money on sweets, I used to buy notebooks and dream of being like Enid Blyton or Roald Dahl. By the time I was 7 I had written a 22 page story. By 10 I had written Who Framed Roger Rabbit 2 (complete with drawings) and by 15 I had written my first novel. I love stories - I just can't stop. Being creative makes me happy. Being confined kills me inside. Follow me now for adventure, romance and a darn good yarn! |
| Favorite movies | Dogma, Monty Python films, The Pink Panther films, How to Train Your Dragon, Up, ... basically anything funny, warm and a little bit different! I love watching interesting biopics too like Jobs and Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom. |
| Favorite music | I like a range of music from Rudimental, Muse, Green Day, The Heavy, Foo Fighters to Ed Sheeran, Portishead, Elvis and Dolly Parton - all sorts - too many to list really. I love listening to classical music when I write. A current favourite is Ludovico Einaudi who my daughter brought to my attention when she started learning his pieces on the piano. |
| Favorite books | George Orwell's books, Harry Potter books, The Hunger Games trilogy, John O'Farrell's works, Jasper Fforde's works, Shelley's poems, Christopher Marlowe's plays, Blake's poems. I love anything funny, imaginative, political or satirical. |
You're going to the moon! What did you forget to pack?
Could you imagine forgetting your toothbrush? I would really need it too as I would be eating a LOT of cheese - I wonder what moon cheese tastes like? I bet that would be Tesco's first ever order for delivery on the moon...
