| Introduction | I love to make people happy. One of the easiest ways I have learned to do that is by cooking, therefore I have become slightly obsessed with creating delicious food. I come up with an idea, or see a dish and spend hours researching the ingredients and looking up recipes to come up with a healthier (usually) final recipe to share. My wonderful new husband Raymond Powers, who also likes to cook and is very good at it, has seated himself as my prime guinea pig and with his help the finishing touches are put on the recipes. |
