Introduction	My first 12 years of schooling were in Catholic school (although I don’t consider myself Catholic). After learning about one religion for 12 years, I am now interested whenever I have the chance to learn about other religions and their beliefs. I also really like to read and one of the best books that I’ve read, which also inspired the subject of this blog focused on a religiously inspired murder by two men who were a part of the Fundamentalist cult. I was shocked, yet fascinated by this book and all the information on how they exploited, lied, and abused their followers and the government in order to get what they wanted. This led me to read another similar book on The Family International. Since I learned so much I had not previously known about these cults, I’ve started this blog with the intention of informing others that may be as interested in the subject as I am.
