| Introduction | The exchanges (or "pieces" as they are sometimes called herein) are simply numbered and identified as to who is "speaking," and then posted sequentially in the order they were written. Usually, a given piece is responding, at least in part, to the previous numbered piece or (because there are three speakers) the one before that. However, sometimes references are made to ideas or assertions that go back further into the exchanges. Still, the thread of the trialogue should be clear to anyone who simple reads the pieces in order. Given that this trialogue has continued for many months, at present there is an archive of pieces yet to be posted. We hope to post several pieces each day (or weekly at least) until we "catch up" to the present. So each posting may contain anywhere from one to a half-dozen numbered pieces. |
