| Introduction | Overall, I'm a happy woman who loves life and everyone around me. In my 46 years of life, I have overcome many challenges and obstacles (many of my own making and quite a few imposed on me by others). I'd like to think I am a stronger person because of them. According to my family, I am very gregarious and outgoing. I rarely meet a stranger and can carry on a conversation with anyone. I have been married to the same wonderful man for 23 years. He has blessed me with 2 beautiful girls who continue to amaze and frustrate me every day! To watch them grow and mature into responsible (most days) and self-assured young women, really makes me proud. They have their immature moments, but overall, they are great girls! We entered a new phase in our lives in 2010 - retirement - or as Danny said in his speech, Commencement. This is the beginning of his life after his 22 years of military service. He is pursuing his lifelong dream of nursing school! He will graduate in August as an RN!! |
