| Introduction | I'm a 25 year old trying out MMA having studied Shotokan Karate all my life. It's so challenging and exciting that I'm now addicted. I'm aware it can be quite daunting turning up to a club so I thought I'd write a blog encouraging others to give it a try. MMA has so much to offer from technical ability, strategic thinking, fitness, constant challenges and personal development, right through to building the skills and experience to compete. Whatever you're looking for, MMA has something to offer you. It's not about hurting people and getting hurt (unless you want it to be then HELL YEAH it is!) |
