About me

Introduction	After i matriculated in 2003 i began my first year of tertiary education at the Islamic College of Southern Africa (ICOSA). I was only planning to do one year but i loved it so much that i decided to complete my degree there. ICOSA merged with Darul Arkam and is now the International Peace University of Southern Africa (IPSA) www.ipsauniversity.com. My favourite subject was fiqh and I learnt everything from Muslim Personal Law to Criminal Law to Inheritance. Muslim personal Law was my favourite subject and I felt very blessed and priveledged to have attained this knowledge. Muslim Personal Law is the law pertaining to marriage, maintanence of wife and children and divorce. Having studied my deen I feel that i have been spiritualy uplifted and found my way closer to Allah. Honestly I would encourage every woman learn about Muslim Personal Law because it is really sad to see how little women have this knowledge.
