| Introduction | Since the beginning of the millenium ,I developped a severe obsessive-compulsive disorder : Wine tasting and collecting. An obsession that takes lots of time and money. My favourite wine areas are Bordeaux, Rhone, Piedmont, Tuscany ,spain and Australia , but lately I started to appreciate whites from Germany and Burgundy. Here I'll try to share my experiences, thoughts and hopefully my passion about wine. |
