| Introduction | I am a wife of a carpenter, a midwife and mother to four children who I have birthed and educated at home. I have abandoned stylish pumps, Ann Taylor suits and the corporate career conveyor belt in pursuit of an independent, simpler, more fulfilling life and line of work. I live in the house in the woods that my husband built with his own hands. We tend a large garden. We care for a team of sled dogs. My husband hunts for food. We eat organic, local, and reduce our carbon footprint as best we can. We are conscious buyers and avoid big box stores whenever possible. I raise my kids to be conscious of words, actions and thoughts and their powerful impacts on others. I am a pioneer in a movement that rejects the gender neutering of our culture, embraces the need for private social justice and protection of the endangered American Family, yet demands freedom preservation at all costs. Thank you for being here. |
