Introduction	My political ideology is slightly more liberal with several conservative values. A few influencing factors include my conservative parents and the extremely liberal environment that surrounded me at school. I signed up for this class with the intention of broadening my knowledge about our national government. On the civics and current events quizzes, I answered correctly 27 out of 33 and 7 out of 12 questions, respectively. Consequently, from this class, I hope to become more aware of the world's current events, both political and not.
