| Introduction | Hello, my name is Shannon. I've been married for 28 years to my college sweetheart. Together we have seven children. I gave birth to two of my sons, my oldest daughter was a wedding gift from husband, and the last four children were adopted, two of which are identical twins. We have two grandchildren to boot. Our lives are busy, chaotic, and downright crazy at times, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. I have traveled the globe with my husband, who's a retired Army officer. I love to decorate every square inch of my home. It's a warm ecclectic mix of my fave, french country and shabby chic. I love painting furniture and finding new uses for old things. Gardening is my second love. I would say that my garden is a little english with a hint of cottage. I look forward to sharing with you, all the things that I think make a house a home. |
