| Introduction | I love to cook! But I also love to break the rules. My favorite games are "dinner from nothing" when there's not much food in the house, "guess the ingredients" when dining out, or "how can I make this better?" when trying a new recipe. Finding ways to create healthy, tasty meals on a budget is a real challenge, but is a challenge I thoroughly enjoy! I have a close, personal relationship with seasonings and spices, and get a kick out of creating different flavor combinations. Note to my "boys:" Cat hair is NOT a spice, please stop adding it to my food. |
