| Introduction | Determination is defined by Merriam-Webster as "firm or fixed intention to achieve a desired end." Determination is what has brought me to starting this blog. I am on a mission to become a better person, a healthier person. I have known for a long time that I need to change, that I need to lose weight and be who God wants me to be and really find myself.This year something has clicked and I really want to change. Before I have never really wanted to work for it, I just wanted it to happen. Now it's different, I want to work for it, I want to see my goals become reality, to be able to live a long, happy life. I want to be myself.So...why start a blog? Why share this incredibly personal journey? I thought if I put it all out there and other people are watching, then I will be more likely to continue to change and make these changes permanent. It's going to be an exciting adventure. |
