Introduction	Determination is defined by Merriam-Webster as "firm or fixed intention to achieve a desired end." Determination is what has brought me to starting this blog. I am on a mission to become a better person, a healthier person. I have known for a long time that I need to change, that I need to lose weight and be who God wants me to be and really find myself.This year something has clicked and I really want to change. Before I have never really wanted to work for it, I just wanted it to happen. Now it's different, I want to work for it, I want to see my goals become reality, to be able to live a long, happy life. I want to be myself. So...why start a blog? Why share this incredibly personal journey? I thought if I put it all out there and other people are watching, then I will be more likely to continue to change and make these changes permanent. It's going to be an exciting adventure. In the words of the infamous Shelby Stanga, "Here we go!"
