| Introduction | The club started in 1997 where the Badminton sessions were played in the Massey Recreation Centre. The remaining original founding members are Kooi, Pui-Ching, Matheus, Lea and Ganesh. Initially, the club was called the United Badminton Club to represent its multi-national members. The following year, upon Massey’s request, United Badminton Club merged with Massey University Badminton Club and became known as Massey-United Badminton Club. The club has grown significantly over the 15 years. Thanks to the loyal members and hard work of the committee members. |
