| Introduction | American stay at home mom (for the time being) of two kiddies, Bronwen 19 months and Alexander 3 months. I am currently living in Southern California but will soon be living in Gent, Belgium as my husband's job is relocating us there for ~ 2 years. Meanwhile, I've decided to blog about life in Gent with my primary focus on Belgian cuisine. Might even cross the borders and post on other European dishes. I will be posting late at night and in between naps so please forgive typos and spelling errors. Hope this blog is mildly entertaining for most. If nothing else I will post pictures and videos of the kids for the grandparents;) |
