| Introduction | I've been in shape (really good shape) pretty much most of my life. It wasn't until I graduated college and got a job as a field engineer in the oil field that things started going south. With staying up for days on end at the oil rigs, living out of a company truck, and eating pizza, hamburgers, or whatever else you could find in small towns. And any free/off time that I had was spent sleeping, my body has had 2 years of letting go.. NOT ANY MORE!! Got a new job, and It's time to get back looking like I did in college. |
