| Introduction | I'm a gal who thinks about food as many times a day as the average man thinks about sex. I have a particular penchant for noodles of all shapes and sizes, and an extra special obsession with noodles of the Asian variety. The way to my heart is through Chinese hand shaven noodles, slippery Vietnamese rice noodles, or handmade strands of tagliatelle. I'm a gal who guiltily eats sour cream by the spoonful, out of the container, while standing in front of the glowing light of the refrigerator. Shut up. It's frikkin' delicious.
