Introduction	An ardent of responsible marketing, social entrepreneurship and sustainable development, Salil S is a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at TKM Institute of Management (TIM) Kollam. Prior to TIM, he had been with Icfai National College (INC), a constituent of the Icfai Academy as a Faculty Member in Marketing. He has also worked with publishing business for three years before the academic ‘itch’. His previous articles appeared in Education World, Education Insight, Malayala Manorama and Career Kerala among others. He has presented papers in several national and international conferences. He has had his graduation, post graduation and UGC-NET in Management; and is doing research on managing the interactions between education and industry. findsalil@gmail.com
