| Introduction | Reinventing myself always! The first job I ever had was making subs in a pizza joint back east. Some of the food jobs I’ve had since: Army cook, live fire cook (smelled like smoke during most college classes), bartender, caterer, host, server. I almost bought a fast food restaurant until I came to my senses. My parents loved what Dad called "joints": Italian, Basque and Asian all had plentiful food at good prices. This helps explain my taste for cheap eats and inexpensive wines.The photography bug bit me years ago so I combined passions. Now I revel in being a photographer, observer and blogger. Enjoy! |
