Well, maybe they don't need them, but don't you think that some fish might like a bicycle?
I do believe that some fish might like a bicycle, but from an aggregate level, perhaps other creatures would derive greater utility from the bicycle than the fish. If the fish still purchases a bicycle, then perhaps we need to rethink price as a rationing mechanism for marine life and transportation goods.
