Introduction	Just a little bit about me and my relationship with all things food: • I read cookbooks like some people devour the latest bestselling novel. • I love to grocery shop. I don't see it as a chore - how could I not love going to the store (or, better yet, the farmers' market) and picking out the ingredients for my next kitchen experiment? Or, just perusing the aisles to see what new or interesting product has made its way to the shelf? • I love to cook, or "make a mess in the kitchen" as the case might be. • I also love to dine out, whether it be a trendy place in the city OR the local diner with a daily blueplate special.
