Introduction	As a child, Paula didn't have the typical family cookouts with hot dogs and hamburgers. Growing up with a spanish father, her family cookouts consisted of paella cooked over an open fire, with LOTS of seafood, as well as a few a home-made mom-deserts. Needless to say, the neighbors were jealous. Paula's love of cooking stems from those early life experiences as well as invaluable (and impromptu) cooking lessons from her parents, and grandmother. Cooking Well is a blog that celebrates good food and flavor, and provides simple, delicious, and nutritious ways to cook the classics, as well as some newfangled recipes.
