| Introduction | I am a problem solver. I have a great deal of compassion for those in poverty and those stuck in our countries inequitable public education system. I believe that Arts and Culture is a great tool in the revitalization of communities. I believe everyone has a gift and no one gets all the gifts. The secret to our success is finding and using our gifts to better ourselves, our families and our communities.
