Introduction	They say that those who can't do teach... Bingo! Head winds, or any wind for that matter, kill me. My VO2 Max is somewhere south of my age, My wattage at threshhold is akin to that of a chipmunk on a treadmill. I'm supposed to sprint while some guy twice my size is leaning on me? You get the picture... but somewhere along the line I picked up a few tactics that kept me near the front, but not at the front when it counted. Alas the discovery of a few young'ns with the numbers but not the know how. "Hey! I can help... if you'll just listen to me."
