Introduction	I have been in the IT industry for 20 years. I am a DeVry graduate with a Bachelors in Computer Information Systems. I build my own systems, preferring the flexibility to upgrade the equipment without some of the limitations associated with retail builders such as Dell, Gateway, Falcon, etc. I am currently employed as a technical liason (In addition to troubleshooting, problem replication, and other technically detailed duties, I facilitate communication between the customer and the team that writes the software) for a major network security software firm. We offer security for all aspects of an enterprise network right down to the desktops and laptops themselves. I believe that everyone (regardless of their computer expertise level), should be able to receive quality tech support for issues they may have or clear and understandable answers to questions they may have regarding how their system works, etc. *As I stated in my initial post, this isn't black magic and it is often not difficult to understand once you have the correct information.
