Introduction	I grew up in Portland, Oregon and made the big move east for college. I graduated from Dartmouth in 2006 with a Spanish major (modified with Education) and Earth Sciences minor. Two of my favorite quarters were spent off campus, studying abroad in Uruguay and traveling through the Western USA on the Earth Sciences field study program. On campus, I was involved with the Dartmouth Outing Club, Tucker Foundation, Sigma Delta, and the varsity crew team. I made incredible friends through these activities; the people at Dartmouth were hands-down the best part of my college experience. After college, I taught at Outdoor School in Oregon before accepting my current position with the Admissions Office. In Admissions, I am responsible for recruitment travel in the Pacific Northwest, California's Bay Area, New York City, and South America. And after work, I am usually playing outside -- climbing, skiing, hiking, biking, or maybe even rope swinging into the Connecticut River.
