| Introduction | Hi, I have always had an interest in developing people and helping them unlock deep potential. My journey started many years ago while I was working as a software development manager. I saw that the professional development of my team required me to build additional skills to help my team thrive. I was frustrated that all the normal training available did not cover what I kept experiencing with my team. That it was not technical skills or knowledge that was holding them back, but rather some internal limits and beliefs. It was not until I was introduced to a life-coach and started seeing the profound changes in my own life that is made sense. It was that experience that drove me to see my own life coaching certification and sparked a deep interest into how the mind can help us or hold us back from our goals. |
