Introduction	My name is Katy Martin and I am the Sales and Marketing Director for ResortQuest Steamboat. I traveled from Australia to Steamboat to be a ski bum for the 2000/2001 season and fell in love with everything in Steamboat Springs and couldn't help coming back year after year. I have always worked for ResortQuest (which was originally Steamboat Premier Properties). I started at the Front desk and am now very lucky to have hard-to-get/hard-to-find fantastic job in a ski town. I launched this blog because I am believe that my ski-bum coworkers have a rare and honest insight into what the Steamboat Ski Conditions are really like. An insight that weather reports, snow reports and the opinion of one person at the ski area cannot truly capture. 14" of powder has an entirely different meaning for a 5 year old, a 25 year old, a 50 year old and an 85 year old. I am appealing to our homeowners and our guests to give feedback, photos and movies about their Steamboat skiing experiences. I love my job. I love living in Steamboat. I feel lucky to have a job that allows me to tell the world just how great Steamboat is.
