Introduction	Welcome to this little spot. This is an older picture of my husband and I (4 years) but I like it. I call it our prom picture. Even though we were really off to chaperone a high school prom, it was my first prom ever. I waited all these years for him to take me. This is my somewhat eclectic blog. It is an exploration of the world through my 60 year old eyes. It is, for me, where I continue to be called mom, grandmom, aunt, and sister; and yet where there is no longer anyone one to call me daughter, no one I call mother/father. It is also for me a world where that matters-greatly. Because those two people mattered greatly. It is an exploration of my new self through art. It is the discovery of the creative spirit as a healing tool.
