| Introduction | Originally born and raised in Ohio, I headed east for my undergraduate degree and later graduate school earning an M.F. A. in photography before migrating to Manhattan to pursue a career as a photographer. When my children came along, we settled in Sleepy Hollow, NY, a leafy suburb 25 miles north of New York City on the Hudson River. Photography has been my main calling for as long as I can remember and I am grateful for the many opportunities I’ve had to experience the world through a viewfinder. I am also similarly obsessed by writing and other forms of artistic expression. I have created images for portraits, packaging, book covers, illustrations, catalogues, feature articles, websites and private events. I have taught photography and blogging and continue my practice of creating on a daily basis. Thank you for taking the time to learn about me.
