| Interests | Alessandra graduated from a Federal University in Veterinarian Medicine in Rio de Janeiro and has completed a Doctorate in Integrated Management Systems in Quality Control of the Fish Processing Industry. Her passion is to help Christian ministries and agencies in their management structure and be a link between the needs that poor communities have and the resources that business have. She participates in the leadership with mission BASE and Atuação Voluntária. Ale is involved in a multi church ministry that touches the lives of 200 at risk children in the poor neighborhood of Cesar Maia in Rio de Janeiro. It is her purpose to see this ministry repeated throughout several more poor and dangerous neighborhoods of Rio de Janeiro. Craig developed a heart for missions while working as youth pastor at Black Rock Congregational Church in Connecticut. He experienced an irresistible call to the mission field while leading a short term Missions trip in 1996. Craig has lived and worked in Rio for the past 10 years first on a church planting team and now on a holistic ministry team that seeks to establish partnerships with strategic Brazilian leaders catalyzing Acts 19 movements. Craig believes in imparting his life as he calls nationals to walk as Jesus walked. He has a passion for the outdoors and photography and enjoys tennis and surfing . Craig can be found in the churches, public schools, jails, beaches and Favelas of Rio de Janeiro. His favorite Bible verse is 1 John 2:6- if any one claims to live in Him, he must walk as Jesus walked. |
